Terms of Service

This page is available in English only.

Draft for review — this is a starting template, not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney review and finalize before relying on it.

1. Overview

Conjure (“Conjure”, “we”) is a marketplace where users generate apparel designs with AI, publish them as products, and buy designs published by others. By using Conjure you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Creator content & ownership

You retain ownership of designs you create, and you grant Conjure a license to display, market, manufacture, and fulfill products featuring your designs. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property or rights of publicity.

4. Acceptable use & IP policy

You may not generate or publish designs that infringe trademarks, copyrighted franchises, or the likeness of real people, or that are unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit. We screen prompts and may remove content, withhold payouts, or suspend accounts that violate this policy. We respond to valid takedown requests and may terminate repeat infringers.

5. Royalties & payouts

Creators earn a royalty on each sale of their published designs (currently 30% of the margin). Payouts are made through our payment processor once you connect a payout account and clear the minimum threshold. Taxes are your responsibility.

6. Orders, fulfillment & returns

Products are made to order via print-on-demand partners. Production and delivery times are estimates. Because items are custom-made, returns are limited to defective or misprinted goods. Contact support for issues with an order.

7. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; your use of payments is also subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conjure is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions: support@conjure.app.
